-Mustangs, the best years are the 5.0 87-93 or new edge 99-04 you could even get a Cobra 99-02, you may even be able to find a cheap 05+ GT
-LS1 Camaro/Trans am 98-02 or the LT1 cars are good too 93-97 stay away from 2nd gen cars 86-92 they are pretty slow especially the 305 cars

-Nissan 300zx Twin Turbo
-Mazda Rx7 93-98
-Toyota Supra turbo 93-98
-Mitsubishi 3000gt vr4/Dodge Stealth r/t twin turbo
-Ford Lightning, not a car but still fast
