I need help on drawing cars?

Dilraj

I'm 14 and want to become a car designer I want to learn how to draw a 3d out line of a sports car or sedan.how do u make a 3d out line?

Answer
for multi-view 2d drawings: http://www.the-blueprints.com/

start out by drawing multi view drawings of cars. Also practice drawing simple rectangular objects in perspective but from observation. Read some basic drawing books about how to draw in perspective. Also when you draw cars, try to think about their internal structure.

If you're still into this later, there are some good college programs in California wherein you can major in car body design. Can't remember which schools. Just don't quit if this doesn't come easy to you for the first year or so. In fine art, the rule of thumb is that the first 100 paintings the average artist makes will be utter shit and after that you'll really start to make good stuff. Nobody learns to swim in a week. stay with it.

Oh and do a comprehensive web search for car blueprints and 3d computer models. They exist and will be invaluable to you.

Really confused about math homework? Scale drawings and models?

A model of a sports car is 9 inches long. If the actual car is 12 feet long, find the scale model.

In a movie, a child who was 32 inches tall was ''blown up'' to be 160 feet tall. Find the scale needed for the props in the movie.

How do I solve those?

Answer
A model of a sports car is 9 inches long. If the actual car is 12 feet long, find the scale model. The model is 9" long. Are you certain that you have stated the question correctly?

In a movie, a child who was 32 inches tall was ''blown up'' to be 160 feet tall. Find the scale needed for the props in the movie. Convert to common measurement in this case 32" = (160'* 12) = 1920 inches. Divide the 1920" by 32" and get 60. Therefore 1" = 60"
