was the atlanta race deja vu for junior?

know it al

did juniors' run at atlanta remind anyone else of daytona? he was 27th at the start of the first green/white/checkered, and 20th at the white flag.

now i've already been reading on YA today how hater nation is saying "he got lucky" because everyone in front of him crashed, but yet he passed 5 cars on the last lap that were NOT involved in crashes, including jeff gordon and jeff burton.

this was just eerily similar to daytona, when he was 16th at the start of the first green/white/ checkered and finished 2nd.

oh, but of course he wouldn't have been able to do this if NASCAR hadn't cheated for him.
i also love how hater nation has been saying "he sucked all day", when actually he ran in the top 5 for the first hundred laps of the race before an unscheduled pit stop trapped him 2 laps down.
where'd kyle finish again, johnf?

BRAIN: if a 15th place finish is typical for junior, how could it be way above his average, you're contradicting yourself moron.

Answer
I can relate how he passed some car's and 'got lucky' by other car's crashing in front of him, but...there's no *astericks* in the Nascar record books like other sports. He finished 15th. Period. Maybe those guy's shouldn't have crashed! If Junior was in the crash the haters would be like ha ha he crashed he sux! No matters what happens, haters will always have an angle.

I'm going to Atlanta for the NASCAR race on Labor Day weekend. Where are the best bars and restaurants in Atl?

Tom H

Any good NASCAR sports bars? And/or happening neighborhoods in the city and surrounding areas?

Answer
Well, I am guessing it is at the Atlanta Motor Speedway which is about 20 miles South of Atlanta....

So unless you want to drive all the way to Atlanta, here is a good place

Finish Line Cafeâ - Atmosphere is good and so is the food. Geared toward Nascar fans and just a fun place to have a good meal and talk to fellow race car fans

Where can I drive fast with my car legally in Atlanta?

MACBOOK

I got a new fast sport car and just wanted to test it out and see how it feels to go fast with it legally in Georgia? (+130)
I've had some experiences with fast cars and going really fast before but I don't know any public places which I can take my car to go fast with.
Maybe a cheap public race track?
I live in Marietta so please suggest somewhere which is perhaps close to me.
Thank you

Answer
Contact
ATLANTA MOTOR SPEEDWAY
Atlanta, Georgia
877-926-7849

And ask them.

Convertible sports cars that I could buy used for a decent price?

BenJammin

I'm look for a good sports convertible that I could buy used for $15,000 or less (give or take, but I'd like to cap it at around that).

So far, the best options I've found have been the Honda S2000, Porsche Boxter S, Toyota MR2, and Nissan 350Z Roadster.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Also, I live in the Atlanta Georgia area, so if anyone knows of any specific dealers (in the Southeast) that are currently selling what I'm looking for, I would much appreciate the info.

Answer
I would get the 350z or S2000. Both cars have lots of potential and looks very sporty. If you can shell out a bit more, go for an M3 Convertible.
