Answer
Honda Pilot-Basic
Toyota Land Cruiser-Luxury
Ford Expedition-Cheap
Chevy Tahoe/GMC Yukon-Largest.
Toyota Sequioa-Basic.
There are many SUV's that seat 7. I would choose a Japanese SUV. Honda, Acura, Toyota, Lexus, Mazda, Mitsubishi. Even the new Hyundai Sante Fe is great.

Answer
Since I am not into luxury SUVs too much, I looked into them at edmunds.com for you. The Audi Q7 is a great SUV, but is not very spacious and does not have DVD as an option.
The X5 is definitely an option, as long as you do not mind its high price. Here is its review: http://www.edmunds.com/bmw/x5/2012/
The QX56 is obviously the largest of them all, and is overall a great SUV, although its fuel economy is not the best (13mpg city/19mpg highway) Here is its review: http://www.edmunds.com/infiniti/qx56/2011/
The Mercedes GL350 is an excellent SUV although it's fuel economy is rather dissapointing (17city/21highway with V6, and 12city/17highway with large V8) Here is its review: http://www.edmunds.com/mercedes-benz/gl-class/2011/?sub=suv
The Lexus LX570 is also an awesome SUV, although it again has poor fuel economy (12city/18highway) at highest, and a price tag shock that could take a while to recover from ($80,000 for base model)

Edmunds.com says that "If you are shopping for a large, luxury SUV, and you overlook the 2011 Dodge Durango or the Acura MDX, you are doing yourself a tremendous disservice." Most Amercian cars USED to be poor quality, although that has changed significantly for 2011. Here is the Durango's review:

Here is the MDX's review:

This is my personal favorite for a large, luxury SUV:
