I am currently a college student at a ABET school studying Electrical Engineering. I am interested in getting involved in the high end car business (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, etc.) possibly becoming a mechanic. How would I go about doing this, or any possible career ideas.
Answer

Volunteer to work for a car repair shop that repairs Ferraris. Learn as much as you can about these cars and what it takes to make them run efficiently by asking the mechanic questions. Interview Ferrari mechanics by phone or in person and find out how they became Ferrari mechanics.

new car laws for 2025?
Kenny
i heard about these new laws and i was wondering how they would work? how can they take a pickup truck that gets 14 or 15 miles per gallon and change it into a 54 mpg vehicle that can still do things that a lot of customers would need like pulling boats, trailers, n what not.. without making it a hundred thou are and dollars to buy a truck? Also whats going to happen to sports cars that are sold in america? are mustangs, camaros, corvettes, lambos, ferraris all gonna trade away there power and turn into 100 hp priuses? i dont think the forgeign companies would want to stop selling to america. any thoughts ? aggrees or dissagrees?
thanks
Answer
i think its possibly to have sports cars that get that kind of milage with variable displacement setups, but i really dont want to be driving a hybrid sports car........
also, were still in a recession, where the hell are we going to get the money to develop these cars and for consumers to purchase them.....
