What is the lowest car insurance for an 18 year old male in Alabama?

I need info for sports cars and non sports cars.

Answer
Well, first off, Insurance rates vary from company to company, and no 2 people are alike, so this question can't be simply summed up with 1 quick easy answer Example: Joe Schmoe 18 years old, drives a sports car in Anytown, USA, and John Smith, 18 years old drives a different sports car, in othertown, USA, Both don't have any tickets or accidents and got their licenses about a year ago, Insurance rates would go like this: Joe Schmoe, Company 1 quote $570, Company 2 quote $683, and company 3 quote is $492, his best choice is company 3, obviously, while say you happen to be John Smith, And these are your quotes: Company 1, $733, Company 2, $398 and company 3 is $476, Company 3 was best for Joe Schmoe, but you, John Smith, Company 3, wouldn't be the best for you, you would want company 2. See where I am going? You will need to call all of the insurance companies individually and get a quote. Also, when you contact them, have vehicle information ready for them as they will need it because different vehicles cost different rates as well. I personally Insure through Geico, and I have 2 vehicles on my policy, and no accidents or tickets in the last 3 years am 28 years old, and my premium is just under $300 for 6 months (Less than $50/Month.) Look under the sources listed below for most of the major auto insurers and call, not go online because over the phone quotes are more accurate and have your driver's license ready when you call.

What is a good or ideal first car for a 16 year old?

Q. I would like it to look nice and not be ugly and get good gas mileage and have low insurance on it. I also do not want a sports car. (All vehicles would be good for suggestions). I am also a guy so yea and it would have to be used and my range is 5000 dollars. Thanks

It's just another sports sedan,It has LESS power than a v6 Camaro and mustang, yet, the v6 mustang/Camaro have lower insurance, and i see teens drive them ALOT. And I see reviews saying evos are really bad on insurance, I don't think it's fair, they raise insurance for a sports sedan, with less horsepower than a typical v6 Camaro/mustang or sports car.

Answer
cost of repair, finding parts, etc goes into it

how many mustangs/camaros are on the road right now vs evos?

What what would be a cool car to supercharge?

Chris

I am looking for a first car to buy. I also want that car to not be considered a sports car, co i can keep insurance lower. I am having trouble looking for a car that would be cool enough, and be worth making it supercharged. I also need it to be a little bit on the cheaper side. All answers will be greatly appreciated.

Answer
So...you want a cheap car, that is low on insurance, because you're cheap on money....

But then you want to spend the thousands and thousands of dollars it will take to supercharge it?

Man, have you got your priorities mixed up.

what would insurance look like for a 1995 ford mustang?

Jake Loeff

Hi, Im a 19 year old guy and was offered a 1995 red ford mustang 2 door 6 cylinder. I know insurance is gonna sky rocket because its a sports car and because of my age but i was told there is a way to have the car labeled as a classic or something and that can help lower insurance. If anyone has any info to help me out with this it would be awesome.

Answer
On a car that old, you don't need collision so just buy PL & PD the minimum..and I think the 6 cyl is lots cheaper that a v8..so it may not be as bad as you think...call a broker for a estimate..
