Used sports car for under 30k?

I am looking for an insane used sports car to buy with my own money and my budget is $30,000. I am looking for very sporty cars that also contain some luxury. Im talking about BMW M3s, BMW M5s and Mercedes CL55 AMG. Those are some of the cars on my list already along with a 2008 Shelby GT500. Anyone with ideas for cars that fit that criteria please suggest them! Any and all suggestions will be appreciated. Just keep in mind- I do not want a Subaru Impreza WRX or something like that that offers "good performance for a fair price". As I said before I'm talking about cars that are filled with HP and look cool inside and out. I have lots of money to spend on repairs and maintenance so that stuff is not relative. i'd go for a jaguar XKR 4.2 supercharged v8 (414BHP) thats about the money your looking at, should be able to get a 2006 model with about 50,000 miles.

Ok well i am in the US, and am looking for a new car and i can spend about 30k& under on it.i don't want an old car, 2008 and up. I want a sports car like the Mitsubishi Evo Lancer but then i also want luxury in my car like a lexus or mercedes would have. I want performance in my car while also looking good.
So ya, can you guys give me your TOP 5(in order) cars that meet these conditions? thanks you

P.S. im a very good driver, can handle power and dirve manuals.

Take Lexus off the list if you want quality.
Go for Cadillac, Lincoln, Mercedes or Infinity.

Lexus needs to be placed somewhere below a Yugo.

Which Luxury Car Is Better?

am looking for, fun to drive,reliability,and the most bang for the buck for under 30k. Which of these is a better pick & why ? past experiences would help. Both 2010! *Acura TSX Or Volvo S40? am 19.

I would suggest you span your options. Although the most obvious choice in terms of performance within the two would most likely be Acura although when compared to its rivals its not so fast. The Volvo S40 is known for being one of the safest cars and manufacturer in the auto Industry, despite volvo being a good car, "luxury" is not so much an area that volvo benefits from, the Volvo is more of an economical safe affordable vehicle when compared to other luxury brands. Volvo is a brand that focuses on saftey and comfort but they are deprived in the design and performance department. Many will say "to each his own" but Volvo is never really compared to BMW, Infiniti, Lexus, Audi & MB despite being a very good car. If I where you I would go the extra mile for an Audi A4 or an Infiniti G37 sedan. The Infiniti G37 sedan is known for having class leading horspower at 328 HP standard for an entry class G37 sedan opposed to its rivals with trims that begin at 204-230 HP which include BMW, Lexus, Acura, Mercedes and Audi. The 2010 G37 starts at $33,250 and it is very well equipped standard. The 2010 Audi A4 starts at $31,000 it bost 211 HP and the interior is deffinetly a step up from Acura and Volvo. If your caught dead between these two I would then say go for the TSX, youll get more bang for your buck in the Acura. All Acuras come standard with bi-xenon headlights which you would have to opt for in the Volvo. The interior is modernized in the Acura oppsed to the classical bland design of the Volvo. The Acura produces 201 Hp while the Volvo produces 168 HP. So basically the Acura is the better choice.
