Q. It has to have heated seats, comfortable, roomy, good speakers, decent or good mpg, high intensity bulbs for front lights, it can be an SUV or a regular car, can be convertible.. Any help?
Answer
If you want a car that is stylish, sporty, nice, and cheap, you have got to go for the Dodge Dart. In the long run, you will save so much money, its starting at under $16K and its more than 40 miles per gallon. I can bet you that Dodge is losing money making this car. http://www.dodge.com/en/2013/dart/
Another car is the Chrysler 200. Its a luxury car for a cheap price. The design is fantastic and it starts at $18K. http://www.chrysler.com/en/2012/200-lx/
If you want a foreign car, I would say getting the Volkswagen Jetta would be a great idea. Volkswagens are reliable and are pretty well respected cars.

Also foreign, and a very stylish and good deal is the Hyundai Elantra. Its highly ranked on almost all car magazine and ranking websites, and is under your price range. https://www.hyundaiusa.com/vehicles/2013/elantra/?
If you want to be futuristic but don't mind having an odd looking car, then look at the entire Scion model lineup. If you can somehow shell out $4000 extra, you could get the Scion FR-S, which is a highly touted sports car. The Scion TC is a nice sedan and the xB is a rugged square that still looks right for the city. http://scion.com
The Toyota Camry is also a nice car which you could probably get for a good deal at your local dealer. It is about $21K but Toyota dealers always give deals to compete against the numerous other dealers in your area. Try haggling the price down to $18K. http://www.toyota.com/camry/
As you can see, the door is wide open. $20K is a lot of money and you can definitely get a good car that you will enjoy driving and will save money with. If you really want to save money, I would get the Dodge Dart because of its MPG range. If you want style, go for the Chrysler 200 or Hyundai Elantra. If you want a futuristic car that people will notice, go for the Scion brand. They are especially made for young people who are looking for cars under $20K

Which are the current fastest, best and coolest limousines today?
Ian
I'd love to hear the top three, in anyone's opinion.
This is for a movie that's being made....so definitely need an aesthetic quality. And speed.
If you can include an image, that would be a big help.
I really appreciate anyone's time and help.
Answer
many people consider full sized luxury cars to be limos. not stretched limos but limos nonetheless.
cars that fit this descriptions are Audi A8, BMW 7 Series, Mercedes Benz S class, Bentley Mulsanne, and the Rolls Royce Phantom.
these cars are all very fast. sure the stock A8, 7 series and S class arent much on speed but their sports versions (S8, 760Li, S63 and 65 AMG) are actually very fast. the Bentley is based off of the S8 and the Phantom is just naturally quick.
these cars arent good on cornering because of their high weights but their extremely powerful engines make them very fast in a straight line.
I think the Mercedes Benz S65 AMG might be the fastest with a 0-60 mph acceleration time of 4.2 seconds.
the others are fairly close.
here are pictures of the latest models of each. since my idea of good looks might not be the same as yours, I'll let you choose.

2014 Rolls Royce Phantom

other cars that are interesting to look at are the Rolls Royce Ghost and Wraith. they are also quite quick but not as large as the phantom. the phantom also comes in a coupe and convertible version (called the drophead). Bentley also has the Continental, a 2 door luxury car and the Flying spur, a 4 door variant of the continental.
Another company also known for luxury is Maybach but they no longer exist. The last models from 2002 to 2011 when they stopped production were slightly based on Mercedes platforms. (Toyota is to Lexus and VW is to Audi what Mercedes Benz is to Maybach). To give you an idea of the level of luxury and price of these cars. 2 years ago at the Canadian International Auto Show in Toronto, they had one on display. The woman who answered questions about the car and displayed it wasn't allowed to even touch it.
If you were looking for a stretched limo type deal I'm sorry but I can't help you much since these are produced by small companies and often just modify cars that are made by others.
My favorite of the vehicles I've listed is by far the Mercedes Benz S65 AMG. In general, Bentley and Rolls Royce are regarded as the pinnacle of luxury however the latest Mercedes Benz S class has so many cool features, that neither Bentley nor Rolls Royce can match it. on top of that, the S65 AMG is also faster. Here are some cool features that the Mercedes S class has.
Heated panels so that not just the door and steering wheel are heated but everything you touch including the doors and center console are too. Selectable scent air conditioning with scents designed to dissipate quickly and not stick to the seats or clothes. A multitude of massage settings from relaxing hot stone massages, to massages designed to energize and invigorate you. Cameras on the windshield that allow the car to drive itself for short distances, track traffic around you and prevent accidents and scan the road surface ahead to prepare the suspension for bumps giving you an extremely smooth ride. (magic body control). It also has radar and sonar all around the car to monitor traffic to keep you from getting into accidents including lane changing accidents, intersection crashes, late braking reaction to people or cars in front and preventing damage while being rear ended.
For looks I'd much rather take a Rolls Royce Wraith though. The car oozes elegance and style.
Edit: the reason why I didnt include Lexus in that list is because their top model full sized sedan the LS600h lacks the speed that these cars have)
