i want to know where i can rent an exotic or luxury car for an hour or more reasonable test drive it around a track does anyone know where i can purchase a package or come in contact with people who know can help me out with that?

Hawaii & California have many or them.
you will need to be at least 25 yrs old and may need to purchase additional insurance depending on your coverage.
